ENTP和ESTP是MBTI（迈尔斯-布里格斯类型指标）中的两种人格类型。ENTP代表外向、直观、思考和知觉的特征，而ESTP代表外向、感觉、思考和知觉的特征。它们之间的区别主要在于认知功能的优先级和行为倾向上的差异。ENTP倾向于更多地关注抽象概念、思考未来和理论问题，他们喜欢进行深入的思考和分析，并善于找出新的观点和创造性的解决方案。他们通常是聪明、机智和好奇的人，喜欢探索新的想法和可能性。ESTP倾向于更多地关注当前的现实和具体细节，他们是实际行动派，喜欢通过亲身经历来获取信息。他们通常是勇敢、冒险和适应性强的人，喜欢从事实中学习和解决问题。

区别如下：entpentp，同样是嘴皮子行，但相对estp那种砍价狂魔的小肚鸡肠而言，他们则是战略家了——entp最适合的是有理有利有节地外交或商业谈判，以及风险投资。请叫人家投资家，金融家，外交家。entp最善于运用概念，他的整个话语体系都是用概念搭起来的。不时就蹦出几个外文单词出来。他们热衷于画大饼，与estp口是心非不太相同——他们很可能真的相信自己画的大饼。这大饼往往不是直指赚钱而去，而是要实现一个理念，一种崇高的梦想。挣钱的效应只是实践梦想附带来的。estpestp做生意就是为了挣钱，entp搞投资就未必了，投资是践行其理想的一种方式。这特么是一种修行。他们学识广博，眼光敏锐，把握时代的脉搏，对于社会和时代发展趋势有自己明确的见解，投资遵循一套体系。说话一套套，比如“我挣钱是为社会做贡献，挣的钱属于社会”，就凭这觉悟水平。必定也不是estp做得到的。所以estp做生意，可能前期容易成功，但想做大很难。而entp则是做大投资的料。只不过问题也在于，entp容易眼高手低，夸夸其谈。他根本没钱，行动力也不行，却自以为是投资家，战略家。这样，哪怕他都对，也挣不来钱，因为他没本钱。这就成了夸夸其谈——天才的雄辩家。不埋头苦干的挣钱的话，大体就要往无产阶级杠精方向转了，对社会充满愤慨，能表达estp压根表达不了的革命思想了，革命演讲家，托洛茨基大体就是entp。

ESTP和ENTP主要是S和N的区别。S更关注现实具体的事物，N更关注抽象的事物。S更关注事物的细节问题，而N则更关注幕后的原理。ENTP更喜欢智力上的挑战，升学率要比ESTP高。当然，也只是相对，而不是绝对。ESTP比ENTP更喜欢运动，运动神经也更好些，如：篮球、足球。体育院校或艺术学校的ESTP要比ENTP多。其他信息ESTP不太喜欢抽象的复杂事物，更喜欢运用自己的五感，或者是更喜欢磨炼已知技能。足球、篮球、画画、冲浪、当然包括演讲，反复磨炼已知的技能是SP型人的特点。而ENTP，确切说是NT型人，不太喜欢反复磨炼已知技能，他们更喜欢研究未知原理。绝大多数的NT型人，更喜欢科学、哲学、物理。太容易被理解的事物，NT型人都不太感兴趣。总之，ESTP现实具体、ENTP抽象原理。
